Size: 38-57mm

Often confused with the Green-veined White as it is the same size and shape and looks similar in flight. The Small White is plain yellowish-grey under the hindwings and has dark tips to its forewings. The female has two dark spots on the forewing, males have one. Seen anywhere there are suitable nectar and food plants; Nasturtiums and any of the brassica family.
